During his time at hotel school Ter Duinen, Hicham completed internships at great houses such as Le Fox** (De Panne) and the former Ten Bogaerde* (Koksijde) before joining Horseele* (Ghent) and Allegro Moderato (Ghent). The experience in both classic French and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as his Moroccan roots are inspiring.
